What is your cancellation policy?

I allow clients to reschedule/cancel their shoot within two weeks of their shoot date. You can transfer your deposit to a new date within two weeks of your scheduled date.  Any shoot canceled within two weeks of the original scheduled date will be a forfeiture of deposit. Final payment is due the day of the shoot. I do reschedule for rain for outdoor shoots without penalty.

How long does each session take?

Each session is slotted to take an hour and a half, with the exception of newborn sessions. Newborn sessions are slotted to take more time as we are working on your little ones schedule. Extended time can be purchased for all other sessions. With extended time purchased, you will also receive a longer film and more images.

How many images come in the final gallery?

I typically deliver 50-75 images in each final gallery. Longer purchased sessions will receive more images.

How long are the films?

Each film is about a minute and a half long. Longer film times can be purchased for an upcharge.

Can I pick the song for my film?

All of my songs are royalty free for legal reasons. I have a very large catalog of music I have purchased over the years and I do allow clients to pick songs from my catalog if they have a specific vision for their films.

What if I want a longer film?

Longer film edits can be purchased for an uncharge. However, typically longer films require more filming time so we will need to accommodate for that on shoot day.

Do you film and photograph events?

Events are subject to surcharges as they tend to be outside my normal operating hours. I do not do weddings.  Events on weekends after 10am are subject to time and a half. Quotes are provided upon inquiry of sessions.
